THE BORING STUFF:

Time to get real:  There are a few rules we would like you to understand.  Competitors must be at least 18 years of age to enter the Duel of the Barbers Competition.  The competition fee includes entry for once competitor and one model.

1. All contestants must bring a live model and barbering tools to participate. Each contestant must have their own sanitized equipment:
   1. Clippers
   2. Trimmers
   3. Scissors
   4. Razors
   5. Brushes etc.
2. All models hair must be cut at the competition. Contestants are not allowed to cut, trim, shape or pre-style model’s hair before the competition begins.
3. Model’s hair can be color treated BEFORE the competition.
4. No coloring during the competition is allowed.
5. Contestants must show a transformation of the model’s hair. (Model’s hair will be checked by judges during pre-judging or at check in. Variation of this rule will result in disqualification of the competition.
6. If a contestant is late for registration they will forfeit their place in the competition and their entering fee.
7. All contestants should finish their model in the given time based on their category
8. The judges decision is final
9. No organisation involved will be held responsible for any damage or loss of personal property or for any injury to persons.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if circumstances beyond its control prevent the Promoter from continuing with the competition
11. All payments / entry fees per category should be paid no later than 18 June 2022 to the following account.
